Pathfinder is a TableTop fantasy RPG that I have had experience with, in setting up a character, game mastering a little, and exploring the world.
This Pathfinder’s Beginners Box is what I used to do that. It comes with all the necessary tools for you to start your own local RPG romp, and you can use a site like Roll20.net if you want an Internet live romp, providing you can get people organised around a time.
This is certainly one to look at if you feel you wish to start adventuring out into an unknown land.
