Featured Anime: Hanasaku Iroha

Hanasaku Iroha is a very down to earth, slice of life Anime, that shows a 16 year old girl called Ohana Matsumae moving from the city into the suburbs where she takes up residence at her grandmother’s onsen ryokan (guest house) named Kissuisō. Initially put out and stuggling to fit in, Ohana eventually finds her place at the house.

One of my favourites for the simply beautiful animation, wonderfully created characters and down to earth themes, where you really see all of the characters adapt, grow and expand, this is definitely one to watch if you like slice of life. Check out the quick video below for a glance at the music, animation and characters.
